Replace or Maintain? Challenges and Opportunities for Customer Data Integration

Recognizing the importance of accurate customer data, many organizations have invested significant effort in customer data unification. As solutions age, they lose their agility and are increasingly out of sync with modern technologies and approaches such as service oriented architecture. This presentation confronts the important decision of whether and when to replace or maintain a solution. Key decision-impacting factors will be discussed as well as the organizational and technology challenges to be confronted in the wake of either choice.
