Annual Luncheon - Sponsorship

You are cordially invited to be a sponsor of the annual luncheon of the Information Resource Management Association of Canada (IRMAC), a Data Management Association International (DAMA) affiliate. The luncheon is to be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2010. This event will feature Mr. Rick Makos, President Teradata Canada, as the keynote speaker. Full details on the lunch are available here.

The luncheon will be attended by approximately 80 to 100 IT professionals representing more than 30 organizations in Canada. This year's luncheon is being held at the Albany Club, 91 King Street East, Toronto, from 11:30 AM to 2 PM. Vendors may begin display setup at 11:00 am.

Sponsorship is available at two levels, Gold at $500 and Basic at $250.

Gold sponsorship package includes the following additional benefits: 

• sponsor name prominently positioned on the sign displayed on each luncheon table and at the event entrance 
• sponsor identified as a Gold sponsor when their description is read during the event 
• sponsor logo more prominently displayed on the IRMAC web site 
• lunch for one additional sponsor representative (please provide name of representative)

Basic sponsorship package includes: 

• a sign on each table that displays each sponsor logo, name and level of sponsorship - inclusion in the IRMAC website event listing of the sponsor logo and name 
• a brief company or product description read during the event (please provide) 
• a brochure table area for distributing materials and small promotional gifts related to your products and services 
• lunch for one sponsor representative (please provide name of representative)

To help ensure sponsorship is properly promoted, please provide, a current short one paragraph description about the sponsoring company with the company logo. For gold sponsors, the logo must be at least 2,500 pixels wide by 1,900 pixels high at 300 DPI resolution. For regular sponsors, the logo should be 1,250 pixels wide by 950 pixels high at 300 DPI resolution.

Additional options are available if you are interested in becoming a corporate member or in sending additional attendees to the event. Corporate membership includes three luncheon attendees. The cost per each additional person is $60.

Additionally, you may elect to make payment of the sponsorship fee either by mailing us a cheque, or using our online payment facility (see below). Please advise if you require an invoice for the sponsorship. Note that receipt of promotional items and sponsorship payments is required by June 1^st at the latest.
