Sponsorship for the 2010 IRMAC Annual Luncheon  (basic)

$250

Includes:
  • a sign on each table that displays sponsor's logo and a brief description of products and services 
    (logo to be provided at least 1,250(W) x 950(H) pixels: 300 DPI resolution)
  • sponsor's logo and name included in the event listing on the IRMAC website 
  • a brief company or product description read during the event 
  • a brochure table for distributing materials about your products and services 
  • lunch for one sponsor representative (click here to provide the name and details of the individual).

Gold Sponsorship for the 2010 IRMAC Annual Luncheon 

 $500
Includes the following additional benefits:
  • the sponsor name prominently positioned on the sign displayed on the table, and at the entrance. 
    (logo to be provided at least 2,500(W) x 1,900(H) pixels: 300 DPI resolution)
  • the sponsor identified as a Gold Sponsor on each table and when their description is read during the event 
  • the sponsor logo more prominent than for basic sponsor on the IRMAC Web site 
  • lunch for one additional sponsor representative (click here to provide the name and details of the individual).

One seat is included with basic sponsorship: Two with gold sponsorship. This item is for additional lunch guests.

Instructions
1. Please have the billing address of the card readily available. You will need it for card authorisation.
2. Enter the card number with spaces as it appears on the card. The card type (Visa, MC or Amex) is inferred from the card number.
3. An email receipt will be provided.
4. All prices are in Canadian dollars. The US Dollar sponsorship amounts are $300. and $600. Unfortunately we can't take US payments online so a cheque should be sent to us at the above address.
5. Because of its low revenue, IRMAC has elected not to collect GST on its membership dues and other charges. Thus no GST will be included in, or added to, listed amounts.
6. Information collected is subject to our standard IRMAC privacy policy. Credit/charge card details are not collected and go direct to InternetSecure. Please see the InternetSecure privacy policy.
