If your browser doesn't open documents directly by clicking on it, you can use a mouse right click, then 'save target as' (or equivalent) and save it to your own computer for viewing using the appropriate software.
Some of the documents are compressed. These files are identifiable by their ZIP filename extension. Decompression utilities are widely available on the Internet from such sources as http://www.winzip.com/ and http://www.pkware.com/.
Microsoft® PowerPoint® file are identified by their PPT filename extension. A PowerPoint viewer is obtainable from www.microsoft.com. Try http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/HA010449811033.aspx
The Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® (PDF extension) is available from Adobe at http://www.adobe.com/.
A Lotus® Freelance® viewer can be found at http://www.lotus.com/products/smrtsuite.nsf/wPages/freelance
