IRMAC Membership Application

Everyone with an interest in data and information resource management is welcome to apply for IRMAC membership.

This is our electronic application/renewal form. Payments are accepted using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If you'd prefer to mail us a cheque, please click here.

	Regular Individual Membership					$125.00
	Entitles member to full privileges including attendance at all regular meetings of the Association for one year, including the IRMAC Annual Luncheon.
	Corporate Membership					$400.00
	Entitles employees of a corporation to full privileges including attendance at all regular meetings of the Association (3 attendees at the annual lunch) for one year.
	Individual Student					$30.00
	Entitles member to full privileges including attendance at all regular meetings of the Association, but not including the annual luncheon meeting (the luncheon guest fee applies) for one year.
	Check here if you do not wish your membership & address details to be provided to other parties. The release of such information is strictly by consent of the IRMAC Board and for purposes consistent with the mission of the Association. Information collected is subject to our standard IRMAC privacy policy. Credit/charge card details are not collected and go direct to InternetSecure. Please see the InternetSecure privacy policy.

	Instructions
1.	Please have the billing address of the card readily available. You will need it for card authorisation. If membership contact information differs from card billing information, please inform our membership director on
2.	Enter the card number with spaces as it appears on the card. The card type (Visa, MC or Amex) is inferred from the card number.
3.	An email receipt will be provided.
4.	Because of its low revenue, IRMAC has elected not to collect GST on its membership dues and other charges. Thus no GST will be included in, or added to, these amounts.
