About the job

As a Program Director, you will be instrumental in leading the planning, production and execution phases of a wide variety of virtual and on-premise events, both large and small, including; webinar events, conferences, chapter meetings, and more. You will also play a critical role in supporting both the Marketing Director in messaging and awareness of chapter activities and the Education Director in professional development awareness and driving organic growth.

Your role will be equal parts relationship management and event-savvy, designing high touch events experiences for clients. Your “hands-on” approach will be required to provide direct insight and strategy on how to improve and grow the programs. You will build a relationship based on trust, innovation and the delivery of consistent results that meet or exceed expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Virtual Conference Planning: Agenda planning, speaker and talent Booking
  • On-Premise Planning of the program: Arrange meeting room, equipment, refreshments, banner setup for membership meetings.
  • Initiate follow up activities post-show, to ensure continuous improvement including debrief sessions, the preparation of reports, and the close out all billing details
  • Count meeting attendees to facilitate future planning. (FLOAT)
  • Propose and develop member program for the year and schedule (calendar)
