Coaching Assessment: An Interactive Seminar

Research demonstrates that coaching can be a highly effective approach for building the cohesion, motivation, and morale of your team. Coaching strategies can be used by both team leaders and individual team members to make any interpersonal relationship more effective and productive.

In this informal interactive discussion seminar, we will use participants’ completed coaching skills self-assessment to explore a number of questions/issues related to this approach to team development:

  • Self-assessment results: Surprises? Learnings?
  • How does the coaching approach compare with other management approaches?
  • What are the four main types of coaching conversations?
  • What challenges or barriers might keep you from using the coaching approach with your team?
  • What personal developmental goals flow of this self-reflective activity for you?

Meta Team Solutions is an end-to-end training, coaching and facilitation company who sole purpose is to help leaders and teams succeed through professional and personal soft skills development.
