She is an accomplished Information Management leader who has delivered a wide range of IT solutions with a focus on Business Intelligence / Analytics, business and data architecture, database technology research, and large-scale operations management.
Barbara is the founder of B4th Consulting, which helps Banking, Finance, and Healthcare companies with data strategy, management, and delivery. Barbara led the Information Architecture and Data Governance functions at Capital Group after joining the CG Enterprise Architecture leadership team in 2012 in the role of Principal Information Architect. Her focus was on data management and quality; from this role she launched and chaired a federated CG Data Governance Council. Before CG, she worked in the Financial Services industry, including with Fidelity Investments in Boston.
