Similarly, to unleash the full potential of the organization, data quality and data governance are key components to keep data clean, relevant and usable. In this session, we will discuss the following important topics :

Varinder S. Sembhi is founding partner of Xodiac Inc, a consulting firm with a mission of "making every team thrive" to unleash their full potential.

Varinder specializes in data management, data governance, data quality and analytics. He has helped organizations with defining and implementing data initiatives including ingestion, reporting, access, privacy and governance practices. Varinder's vast experience in the data space in global enterprises positions him to assess data maturity and deliver a pragmatic plan to achieve any organization's desired goals for data.

Varinder is an engineer by training and he also earned his executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
