Customer Value Management at Bank of Montreal

Vanitha Devarajan from the Bank of Montreal will discuss technical details of a Customer Value Management Environment. The technical mission of the CVM environment was to implement a centralized Decision Environment infrastructure. This infrastructure enabled the Bank to provide differentiated customer service, by segment and customer category through the creation of individual customer specific applications along with other key customer information. The CVM initiative aligns with the overall Bank Strategy to become a more customer centric Bank.

Vanitha Devarajan, MBA has over 14 years of experience in the industry with over 8 years in Data Warehousing and is currently the Lead Business Intelligence Consultant at the Bank of Montreal. She provides leadership to a team of business intelligence consultants and is responsible for developing solutions that will help the organization achieve dramatic and sustained improvements in competitive advantage, cost, quality, customer service and product delivery. In her role, she has significantly contributed to the development of the Bank Information Warehouse and several of the largest and most successful Data Marts built at the Bank.
