EIM – Strategy to Pragmatic Delivery

Information Management (IM) is rapidly being recognized as a business enabler; however, Enterprise Information Management (EIM) strategies are often met by resistance due to the sheer size and complexity.

Learn some different approaches and techniques that have been used to tackle the EIM Beast;

  • Engaging stakeholders and gaining buy-in
  • Identifying high-impact information management capabilities for the organization
  • Incrementally developing Enterprise IM capabilities
  • Link specific Information Management capabilities to near-term business value
  • Align near-term efforts with an overall EIM strategy.
