Evolution of Fleet Analytics at Ingersoll Rand
Fleet analytics at Ingersoll Rand has evolved dramatically in the past three years. In the beginning there was inconsistent, disconnected data. Today we are using the insights provided by our data reporting to produce tangible business results. Tomorrow we will continue to mature our predictive analytics capabilities. Mary Rutherford, Fleet Data Analyst at Ingersoll Rand, will describe the steps taken in this journey.
Mary Rutherford is the Fleet Data Analyst for Ingersoll Rand, leading the data analytics and metrics reporting for the organization’s Fleet for the past three years. Mary enables and supports data integrity, integration & reporting between Ingersoll Rand’s internal systems and external third party Fleet supplier systems to support data-driven business decisions by branch management and executive leadership.
Prior to her current role, Mary spent a year as Organization Readiness / Operational Excellence Lead, leading change management of projects including HRMS and Self Service deployments, and 17 years in Human Resources Administration managing the Peoplesoft HRMS and other HR Generalist functions.
Educational credentials include Creative Arts Diploma from Champlain Regional College, and Certificates in Photographic Techniques (Humber College), Human Resources (University of Guelph) and Advertising (Concordia University).
