Latest BPM techniques: from Business Strategy to Process Architecture to Process Projects

In many meta-models they have become a key linchpin for alignment and traceability. It is then imperative we get them right. In this session Roger will discuss some proven and innovative ways to identify processes and assure their integrity and governance from the enterprise-wide perspective and from the project by project one.
