Rescuing Failing Data Warehouses: A Case Study and Discussion of Lessons Learned

Many companies have invested significant resources in building out their Data Warehouse environments only to reach a point where they are data rich and information poor. The need to improve their current Business Intelligence environment, from both a functional and technical perspective, offers an opportunity to enhance capabilities to the business and leverage a consistent and structured information analysis environment across the organization.
