Join us on Wednesday, December 19 for two feature presentations on the latest trends, technologies, and tools in Customer Relationship Management.

Stephen Shaw, an independent consultant in database and relationship marketing, will present the many parts of a unified CRM architecture. Stephen will explore:

  1. The core components that make up a full eCRM solution,
  2. The latest trends in vendor technology positioning, and
  3. The assessment methods that can be used to address major functional requirements.

Stephen is Executive Editor of CRM Journal and a recognized authority in the field. He is familiar to marketers in Canada through his many speaking and writing engagements.

Our second feature presentation is provided by Paul Quigley, Chief Technology Officer of Zydeco Direct Sourcelink. Paul’s presentation focus will be the Data Quality issues that are often a key feature of any CRM implementation. Paul will update us on some of the current best practices for data quality improvement as well as how to build a CRM deployment model that ensures the realization of benefits and ROI. Finally, Paul will show how improved data quality positively impacts the customer in the analytics and discovery phases of CRM.
