What is Information Management and how to get started
Did you know that data and future competitive advantage is tightly coupled? Value from the data stored in our IT systems comes from using them! Effective usage relies on accuracy, consistency, transparency and timeliness in the information available. It should come as no surprise that this is not something that will come about on its own. Neither does the long term competitive advantage your company can get from exploiting those data. Someone needs to take action. Someone needs to lay the foundation – maybe that someone is you and maybe the time is just right. Up for the challenge? Are your company’s competitors?
This presentation will introduce the audience to
- How to explain what Information Management is
- How to link competitive advantages to data
- How to find the right place to start
